This tool provides probabilistic scoring based on behavioral analysis and data signals. It does not guarantee lead authenticity or accuracy. Scores and verdicts are estimates to assist with lead qualification and should be used as one factor among many in your lead evaluation process.

5.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
5.3 Usage Limits: Each plan includes specific usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service suspension.
5.4 Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
5.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.6 Refunds: We offer prorated refunds for annual plans canceled within 30 days. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
6.1 API Keys: You will receive API keys to access our Service. You must keep these keys secure and not share them publicly.
6.2 Rate Limits: API requests are subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding rate limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension.

7.3 Data Retention: Lead data is retained according to your plan and our retention policies. You can delete data at any time through the dashboard.
7.4 GDPR Compliance: We are committed to GDPR compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws.
8.1 Our IP: The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TrafficValidator and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Data: You retain all rights to the lead data you submit. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
8.3 Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
9.1 Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
9.2 No Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.3 Accuracy: While we strive for accurate lead scoring, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Lead scores are probabilistic assessments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAFFICVALIDATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrafficValidator, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the dashboard or contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
